I cannot say enough great things about working with The Ballroom at I street. My husband and I fell in love with the venue when we toured it, it is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could ever want for your wedding day. We also had the pleasure of working with Brooke Smith as our day of coordinator (works with the ballroom at I street). Brooke made our wedding day better than I could have ever imagined.
I was set on having an outdoor ceremony. The morning of, we found out the weather had other plans. Brooke worked with what we had to design the most perfect, beautiful, better than I could have ever imagined indoor ceremony. Looking back on photos, I am overjoyed that it ended up being inside. The Ballroom team and Brooke made our wedding day so easy and stress-free and I absolutely recommend them to anyone getting married.

My daughter's wedding at the Ballroom at I Street on June 27, 2020, exceeded our expectations in every way. Our guests were wowed by this hidden gem of a venue. The outdoor ceremony in the picturesque courtyard, the classic elegance of the reception space, private dressing and "hang out" spaces for the wedding party in the farmhouse, the accommodating attitude of the staff and the professional assistance to make the event welcoming and to run smoothly all combined to help turn Katelyn's "dream day" into a stunning reality. Eduardo and I had our wedding reception at the Ballroom and it was AMAZING and that’s an understatement. From the get go, Breann and Danise were accommodating to our needs and never once faltered. If you haven’t seen the ballroom, it is this beautiful white/classy room that have large chandeliers hanging from the ceiling with a beautiful garden area. They were kind enough to let us set up the day before the wedding to ease our mind a bit for the big day. The day of was even more amazing. The bridal party room was breathtaking. We were able to enjoy the morning with the wedding party in that lovely room until the ceremony began. Again, Breann and Danise are the sweetest, most caring, and supportive business owners we have ever met. They even got us a gift!!! It is this beautiful customized wood sign with our last name and date of our wedding imprinted on it. We would highly recommend having your next event there! Thanks, again!

To say I LOVE this venue and the women that own it would be an understatement! Danise and BreAnn came through for me when I didn't know what I was going to do. About 4 months after picking my original venue, I got an email saying they had sold the venue and would not be able to hold my ceremony unless I changed it to a weekday in July. Um, no. I may have slightly panicked. I immediately called BreAnn and she showed me the venue that day. I fell in LOVE!! Th place was breathtaking! Beautiful courtyard for the ceremony, spacious ballroom for an evening reception, and a place for everyone to get ready. It was WAY better than the venue I had previously booked!! She was so helpful and patient because I had to wait (a MONTH) to get my deposit back from the original venue to pay for the new one. I was the wedding planner for our wedding and had no idea what I was doing. They were quick to recommend names and contact info for vendors. Any questions I had were always answered in a timely and professional manner. The venue could not have been more perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone to get ready in the B&B on the front of the property and we even took advantage of the "Honeymoon Suite". I would recommend this venue to anyone planning any sort of event! Amazing venue! Spectacular staff!

My husband and I got married at The Ballroom in May of 2019! The venue was everything we could have dreamed of. In addition to an on-site Bridal and Groom Suite, tables and chairs were included (which was a HUGE plus!!) Breann and Danise were great to work with and answered my millions of questions almost immediately. They were very accommodating and organized! I couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else!

We loved having our reception here!  The Ballroom offers a whole day of access to the space where you have have your wedding, reception, whatever you want. We had our wedding ceremony at a different venue, but did everything else here! We spent the morning getting ready at the B&B, did our first look and family pictures in the attached yard, and hosted our reception here.
Everyone that attended our wedding loved the space and how beautiful everything looked, and had a great time! Overall, I would recommend the Ballroom to anyone looking to have an elegant, beautiful and fun wedding day! I wouldn't change anything about our wedding and would choose the Ballroom again!

I had a June wedding at The Ballroom this past summer and I could not have imagined a better experience. Not only is The Ballroom a beautiful venue that brought my little girl wedding dreams to life, but the team of ladies at this place is indescribable. From the very first conversation with Danise to the weeks following my wedding, the ladies were so intentional and helpful. They were so flexible and patient with my millions of phone calls and questions, and went out of their way to make sure I was calm and collected and had the best day ever. I had the most amazing day-of coordinator, Brooke Smith, who made my whole day possible. She was in contact with my vendors to make sure they were ready and would be on time, she not only helped with my decoration ideas, but was there to help my family set up the day before my wedding. My ceremony was supposed to be outside, but an hour before, the clouds opened up... I've never seen so much rain in my life. Breann was out there in her dress and full face of makeup to get things brought back inside before they were messed up! Who does that?? This is the kind of love and loyalty promised by the Ballroom team. I'm so grateful for such awesome ladies who love their brides and do anything and everything in their power to make YOUR wedding day exactly what YOU have always dreamed of! We got married at the Ballroom at I Street May of this year. And if I could do it over I would pick this venue a million times again. It is absolutely beautiful! A totally dream for any bride looking for an elegant wedding. The owners Breann and Danise are so helpful and sweet as can be. We couldn't have done it without our day of coordinator Megan Taylor from Modern Bless Weddings! Megan made sure I didn't have to lift a finger the day of my wedding. These ladies were such a blessing to Graham and I. We are forever grateful for having a wedding of a lifetime at the Ballroom at I St!!!

The Ballroom provided the perfect atmosphere for my daughter's wedding. The staff was easy to work with and everything was setup and ready as it was supposed to be. The house was great for pre-wedding activities. The ballroom was elegant which is exactly what my daughter wanted. Our day of Coordinator, Brooke, could not have been more helpful. She made it all happen and we didn't have any issues. The patio was wonderful for guests between the ceremony and reception. The lighting outside is beautiful once the sun goes down. The caterer was good with the facilities that are provided. If there was anything negative, I would add, but we really enjoyed the day and didn't have any issues. I would definitely recommend the Ballroom at I Street.

10/10 recommend The Ballroom at I Street!! I had the wonderful experience working with both Brooke (coordinator) and the team!! The ladies are GREAT communicators and were fast to respond to my emails or return phone calls. I had MANY questions due to changes with COVID, all of which were answered and the ladies were very transparent with me! On several accounts I requested to stop by or pick up something, and they always went out of their way to provide me what I needed to plan for my big day. For example, the Ballroom has a rental decor closet (AMAZING!!), and I needed to know the measurements of something. They were very accommodating to help me out!! The pictures speak for themselves when I say it’s BEAUTIFUL!! The bridal party room is unrivaled by anything out there and you will not be disappointed! The Ballroom and courtyard are stunning for a memorable experience. Brooke is the world’s most genuine person to work with!! She is the most calming and graceful person, and you can count on her to have the job done. You want Brooke on your team because she loves so well and will do anything to alleviate your stress so it can be your best day ever! My parting review is that the leadership at The Ballroom at I Street truly has the right mission. They are 110% about making sure your day is filled with LOVE! They love & support so well. I promise you will walk away with a genuine relationship with these awesome ladies, and two years from now they will still know your name!!

The Ballroom at I Street was an absolute dream! It has everything my husband and I were looking for. The huge white ballroom with windows and chandeliers is more than classy and elegant. The courtyard is dreamy and gorgeous. The bar is immaculate. The bridal suite/house is truly unmatchable. The moment my husband and I saw the venue, we knew it was the one for us. We got married on September 14th, 2019 and it was the perfect fall day. The ladies who own it are truly a blessing to work with, as well as Megan, who helped us coordinate the day. They are a dream team and truly played a huge part in the success of our wedding. Every detail of the Ballroom is well thought out to help every bride have their dream wedding. If you are getting married in NWA, the Ballroom at I Street is perfect for your ceremony AND reception!

The Ballroom was an incredible venue for my wedding. The bridal suite is totally unmatched in amenities and the ballroom itself made for a gorgeous reception. After touring the Ballroom for the first time, my fiancé and I immediately knew we wanted to have our wedding here. Not only is the actual ballroom absolutely stunning with its gigantic chandeliers, quartz bar top, and clean white walls, but the outdoor area, and bridal house are amazing. Danise and Breann (a mother-daughter duo) were so good and easy to work with. They truly wanted to help me create my dream wedding, and were there to answer any questions I had. We had the max amount of guests at the wedding, and they were very accommodating of our needs. The space was the perfect size. There is not a single thing we would have changed about the venue or our experience. We LOVE the Ballroom. And we love Danise and Breann! If you are getting married or having an event in the NWA area, the Ballroom is the place you want to be!

From the courtyard, to the ballroom, to the bridal party house, every detail of this venue is well thought out, absolutely immaculate and perfectly gorgeous. I knew the minute that I drove onto the property that I wanted to have our wedding there and I would highly recommend this venue to any bride & groom. 

My girls and I stayed in the bridal suite the night before and it was such a perfect space for brunch on the morning of our wedding. Plus the guys loved playing football and frisbee in the yard out front before getting ready.

The courtyard was perfect for our sunset, summer ceremony and then we danced, dined and celebrated in the ballroom for the reception. Even before adding flowers, furniture and other decor, this venue was beautiful and needed no help to let you know it! 

The Ballroom at I Street will FOREVER hold a special place in my heart. My husband and I had the best day of our lives here and I can't say enough about the team. Book them now :)

The Ballroom was the venue of our dreams!! I cannot say enough good things about it! I told them my dream date and they got as much as they could done as they possibly could by the date of my wedding and then had their own grand opening about a week after! I picked this venue because it was so unique to the NWA area and not just another barn! I loved the all white walls, drapes and gorgeous chandeliers! We highly recommend The Ballroom at I Street. Danise is easy to work with and is knowledgeable on providing or connecting you with any type of help/service you may need for your wedding. The facilities provide a fun place for the wedding party to prepare, either outdoor or inside wedding options as well as a kitchen area for the caterer. There is also onsite rooms you may rent as well for the new couple or your guests.

If you are looking for the absolute perfect wedding venue, look no more! My husband and I found the Ballroom at I Street and I immediately knew it was where our wedding needed to be. Beside being absolutely stunning in every way, the owner Danise and her daughter Breann, have gone above and beyond to ensure our day is perfect. They send helpful payment reminders which I loved so I didn’t have to constantly refer to my wedding planning book, they answered all my emails and questions within a day...I could go on and on. They attention to detail inside the bridal suite house is spectacular and it has everything you could possibly need to take breathtaking photos while getting ready. They Ballroom itself has so many beautiful elements of simplistic class that allowed us to stay true to our wedding colors and theme. The kitchen is state of the art which our catering vendor loved ( as well as the ice machine for our bartenders ) and the colored ambient lighting set the perfect mood for guests. What I loved more than anything was how versatile both the inside of the ballroom as well as outside courtyard are. Danise and Breann have truly thought of every detail to make our day perfect and I am so glad we found them!

Coming from a small rural town in Missouri not many venues are available, except for barns...which wasn’t what I wanted for my wedding day! I searched for a place that was beautiful, elegant, could hold around 300 people, could have the ceremony and reception in one spot and believe it or that was a VERY difficult task to accomplish. The second I saw The Ballroom at I Street online I knew it was for me. When we toured it Breann was so kind and sweet and very helpful and we booked it right away. Not only was it beautiful and everything I wanted, but they were extremely helpful!!! And I’m not kidding!! They gave me recommendations for nearly every aspect of the wedding planning process...which not being familiar with the area was HUGE!! Not only were they helpful with recommendation but my booking came with a Day of Coordinator! I could get emotional thinking about how special, sweet, genuine, and just overall helpful Megan Taylor was for me and my special day. She helped me create a layout for 300 people (not an easy task). We asked her for advice and she gave her honest and genuine opinion and was so kind when she felt like something should be changed. The day of our wedding she calmed me down, made sure everything was running smoothly, and kept everyone in line...in a polite way! Love her!! My bridesmaids and I stayed the night the night before the wedding and it was so special and such a great experience! If you’re looking for a place that is beautiful, helpful, stress free, and just perfect... The Ballroom at I street is your place!!

Barns are great, but they weren’t for us. We wanted an elegant canvas that we could give our own flare to. Quite honestly, the finished product blew us away.
